Based on customer request can provide（20CrMnTi）and 42CrMo roller;
raw materials using drop hammer forging forging process and grinding ring, eachroller flaw detection, have been to forging stress and passes through heat treatment process;
NCC manufacturing ,can be customrized to be straight tooth、Helical type、drilling type 、Tungsten carbide sintering
Adopts carburizing and quenching or high frequency quenching heat treatment method, reduce the deformation of roller
Fine machining after heat treatment, ensure concentricity inside and outside the circle
